Currency and Shipping Policies
Prices are in Canadian currency. For markers, Canadian customers are charged $15 for return shipping. Zippos and misc engravables incur a $5 shipping charge. Dog tag shipping is $1 for the first tag and $0.50 for each additional tag. For international orders, shipping and handling will be worked out to a reasonable fee. For return shipping on markers, Canada Post Expedited (or for international shipping, comparable) shipping arrangements will be used, including up to $300 insurance. Full value insurance is recommended, and will be provided at a rate of an additional $1 per $100 value based on customer's request. When sending your marker to us cross-border, we recommend labeling it "sporting goods for repair" and require that you include a copy of your receipt in the package. The customer will be responsible for any cross-border duties that the shipment incurs, to be paid before the package is shipped back.
When shipping a marker, it should be assembled, and packed well, but we recommend that all internals and electronics be removed. If there are any gaps in the marker assembly (particularly between the frame and body), the laser can enter and burn wires/hoses/solenoids. Guns CAN be laser engraved with the internals in place, but it is at the customer's risk if they chose to do so.
8% PST is charged to Ontario customers.
